<\/h1>\nWith 180 works<\/strong>, the exhibition retraces the artistic career and life of the great American artist, as well as the fundamental themes of his aesthetic. It begins with his formative years as an illustrator in the advertising and fashion industries\u2014two worlds that deeply influenced his career and strategies as a Pop artist.<\/p>\n The exhibition explores themes such as fashion<\/strong>, music<\/strong>, cinema<\/strong>, and consumerism<\/strong>: these key aspects not only marked Warhol\u2019s work but continue to be essential elements in contemporary art.<\/p>\n Iconic series<\/strong> such as Campbell\u2019s Soup<\/em>, Flowers<\/em>, and Marilyn<\/em>, along with portraits of famous figures like Jackie Kennedy<\/strong>, Muhammad Ali<\/strong>, Grace Kelly<\/strong>, and even Superman<\/strong> and Mickey Mouse<\/strong>, show how the artist transformed mass culture into timeless icons. The works on display come from European collections, including numerous 1950s magazines and a significant number of issues of *Interview* magazine, dozens of vinyl album covers, videos, and photographs.<\/p>\n Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore two multimedia installations in the “music” section:<\/p>\n The exhibition reveals the central role Warhol played in making popular culture<\/strong> a legitimate and influential artistic theme, transforming iconic images and consumer objects into works of artistic value.
